Recently, my internet bandwidth was increased from 10 GB per month to 100 GB per month for the same price (due to increased competition). This increase has brought a big change in the way I consume media from the Internet.
Earlier, I used to keep track of all image and video content viewed from sites like 500px, Flickr and YouTube. I used to view the smallest possible resolution so as to save the bandwidth.
Now, I am not really bothered about the quality of the video. Be it 140px or HD. I continue to view it. Recently, I viewed the volume of bandwidth consumed. I was surprised to know that I had consumed my earlier monthly capacity in 10 days!!!
Just goes to show how availability changes your whole outlook.
