A few days ago, I came across this (http://www.indianaturewatch.net/displayimage.php?id=555191) photograph. In the description, the author has mentioned that the Kingfisher bird killed the fish without mercy, repeatedly banging it against the tree, before eating it.
For us, it may be merciless, but for the Kingfisher, killing and eating the fish is the only way of life.
The point I am trying to make? It is very easy to pass judgement on others, if they do not follow our ‘rules’ and ‘beliefs’.
As history shows us, each conqueror has justified his/her conquest by stating that his/her culture is superior to the culture that was defeated and that the defeated people were nothing but ‘barbarians’.
