While the technology world and cloud vendors want to push each one of us towards large-scale cloud adoption, advocating cloud storage and access for anywhere and 24×7 availability, there are many cases where being on the cloud proves to be the spanner in the works.

As per the latest episode – which happened a couple of months ago – Adobe users are not able to use their software as it is not able to connect back to the home servers. And due to a need to validate /verify with the server, locally installed software also refused to work.
