Today, Nov 30, the Times of India published an article (http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/business/india-business/Ratan-Tata-Marketing-Nano-as-cheapest-car-was-a-mistake/articleshow/26588240.cms) where Ratan Tata apparently said that launching the Tata Nano car as a ‘cheap’ car was probably a mistake.
Exactly my opinion, as I mentioned almost one year ago in my earlier blog post (https://twentymegahertz.wordpress.com/tag/automobile-nano-tata/).
It also seems that the iPhone 5C is also facing a similar problem. As it was launched as a ‘cheap’ iPhone, many people seem not to be interested in buying it, as buying an iPhone is equivalent to making a statement.
Business is tough.
